Here are some photos of the group from recent years.

This group shot was taken in April of 2002 in Old Salem.   This is the group that performed for ITEC 2002 a few weeks later.  Jeff Whitsett is the director.

Here is photo taken at the Four Seasons Mall during the Christmas season of 2003.  As you can see, at times the group shrinks to a skeleton crew, especially for a late, weeknight concert.  The TCTB was fortunate this night to be helped by Dr. Dennis Askew and a couple of euphers from his studio at UNCG.  Dr. Askew is the tubist directly in front of the middle Christmas tree.  The Four Seasons Mall is also the location of the Greensboro Tuba Christmas which Dr. Askew organizes.

This is a more recent photo of the band with Mr. Patrick Haymore at the stick.  This photo is from August of 2004 when the group provided a prelude for a Salem Band concert.

Same concert, different view.  During the summer The Salem Band gives several Tuesday night concerts on the square in Old Salem.  The TCTB is set up in front of the fire house where fire fighting equipment was stored in days of old.  Turnout for these concerts is usually quite good and the TCTB is grateful for the opportunity to temporarily "steal" the Salem Band's audience.
